					<description><![CDATA[Why not just make it a requirement to make all PVC item a certain way, you could have maybe a few different kind like one that&#039;s used for food, one construction, one general each one has to follow guidelines  on how it&#039;s made and it&#039;s components, this way when recycling it&#039;s pretty simple. Also a lot of stuff we use plastic right now could be substituted with aluminum, like foilpacks, their lighter, Les bulky plus aluminum is a material that can be recycled indefinitely, plus i think it would be cheaper in the long run.]]></description>
